Candied Jerk Meatballs


1lb Ground (meat of your choice)

1/2 sweet onion 

1/2 green pepper 

1 eggs 

1 Tbs of 24Hundred Joe’s Southern Jerk Seasoning 


Candied Jerk Sauce

1/3 cup honey 

1/4 cup Soy sauce (reduce sodium if possible)

1 Tbs of 24Hundred Joe’s Southern Jerk Seasoning 

Step 1: mince onion and pepper then in a bowl add meat and seasoning then mix well, next add peppers and egg then mix together, form meatballs and place them on a pan, lastly sprinkle a little seasoning on the top of the rolled meatballs before placing them in the oven.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees place meatballs in the oven for 40 minutes.


Candied Jerk sauce

Step 1: in a sauce pan add all ingredients bring to a boil for 2 minutes then simmer for 5 minutes stir continuously.

Step 2: pour Candied Jerk sauce over meatballs, preheat oven to 250 degrees and cook for 30 more minutes.
