Say No More Crab Cakes & 24Hundred Cajun sauce

Say No More Crab Cakes 
8oz Lump Meat 

8oz Claw meat                                                         (16oz of crabmeat either lump or claw your choice we do 1/2 & 1/2)

1/2 Cup Bread crumbs

2 Eggs

1/2 of 1 Green pepper diced

1/2 of 1 Red pepper diced

1/4 of 1 Red onion

Say No More Savory Fusion 

Butter or Olive oil

2 Garlic Cloves 

 


24Hundred Cajun sauce

1/2 Cup Mayo

3 Tablespoons Ketchup 

2 Tablespoons  Relish 

1 Tablespoon  24Hundred Cajun (Oh boy best results) seasoning

2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon  Apple Cider

Step 1: Combine Crabmeat, Breadcrumbs, Peppers, Onions, and Eggs in a mixing bowl then generously seasoning with Say No More Savory Fusion            (mix well by hand).

 Step 2: Form mixture into 4-6oz patties

 Step 3: Heat butter or oil in a oven safe skillet add garlic cloves then place patties into hot butter/oil for 3 minutes or until they are golden brown on top then flip. As you wait for this step preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

Step: 4 immediately after you flip all four patties over put the Crab Cakes in the oven (we are leaving them in the same skillet) for 15-20 minutes.

Step 1: in a bowl mix all ingredients for 24Hundred Cajun sauce.
