Mango Honey Mustard Aioli
1/2 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Mildred’s Honey Mustard Sophistication seasoning
1 Tbsp Honey
Say No More Shrimp Tacos
2 Tbs Butter
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 of 1 Onion
1 Tbsp Say No More Savory Fusion seasoning
Tortillas of your choice
1 bag of Trader Joe’s Cruciferous crunch lettuce blend or any bag of hearty lettuce slaw of your choice
Crumble feta cheese
Mango Honey Mustard Aioli:
Step 1: Peel both mangos dice 1 and place it in a food processor or blender then blend into a purée
Step 2: in a separate bowl mix Mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Mildred’s seasoning together then add it to the mango purée (in the food Processor or blender) blend it into a smooth consistency cover refrigerate and chill until needed!
Say No More Shrimp Tacos:
Step 1: in a sauté pan melt 2 Tbsp of butter add onions and garlic let them brown for a minute then add 1 Tbsp of Say No More seasoning stir it all together while cooking on medium heat for about 90 seconds then add your shrimp no need to seasoning the shrimp before this step the sauce we’re preparing will season the shrimp perfectly! (Side note: this sauce is for no more than a 1/2 pound of shrimp if you are using 1 pound just double the sauce.
Step 2: Let’s stack our Tacos! First grab the second mango we peel earlier and dice to your desirable size.
Shrimp (Be sure to drizzle little extra of the sauce on the shrimp from the pan)
Drizzle Aioli as much as you like!
Crumble Feta for the win!
